P has always been independent...but this month he realized that he no longer needs help from mom or dad for ANYTHING! It would not surprise me if he told me tomorrow that he is ready to move out. He is also becoming very frustrated when he wants us to do something and we don't do it on his time table. His vocabulary is increasing dramatically...new words are coming out of that mouth every day. His favorites include "NO", "DON'T", and "STOP", as well as "GO" (which is often used to tell us when and where he wants us to be), but he is also saying
random words, like juice, cookie, bath, baby,
choo choo, and beep beep. He broke through his first molar this month (which was NOT a pleasant experience), and he successfully navigated a potentially nightmarish daylight savings experience (by letting mom and dad sleep in for several hours...bless you child!). P has been doing so much better at church this month, sitting and playing in the bench...but we are still getting excited for nursery! P has started transitioning into nursery already and he appears to love it...but we will let you know how it goes once dad doesn't go in with him anymore!

First!
I'm starting to not recognize this boy! I miss him so so much. Give him kisses from Auntie Jen!!!
We have enjoyed him (and Jorden) at our house for two days. He is progressing so fast, and I too can attest to his independent streak.
He is getting so big. Looking more and more like a little guy instead of a baby. Its amazing how fast he is growing up.
